Our Lord Jesus likened the Kingdom of Heaven to a farmer who went forth to plant seed. At another time, He told us very plainly that the seed is the Word of God. Later, we learn from the Apostle Paul that we are saved by Grace, through Faith; and Faith comes by hearing the Word of God. Thus, the seed of the Word of God can actually be thought of as “grains of Grace.”
The Apostle Paul admonished believers that they should let their “speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt.” Just as the Word of God can be considered “grains of grace”, so, too, the speech of true believers should be salted with “grains of grace.” For, as our Master taught us, “He whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God.”
We hope you enjoy our blog. May the Grains of Grace you find here build your Faith in Jesus Christ and secure you in His Grace.
